The contact and referral forms send the details you enter to max@blueflax.com.au so our team can respond. Your hosting provider processes the request and email delivery. The website does not keep enquiries in a database; sent messages are handled through the receiving mailbox.
Share only what is needed
Please provide basic contact details and a brief description of the support you are seeking. Do not include medical records, identity documents or detailed health information in a website enquiry. Our team can discuss an appropriate way to share any further information that may be required.
Referring another person
Obtain the person’s permission before sharing their details. Respect their choice about who is involved in a conversation about support.
Images and external resources
Care imagery is used to illustrate services and does not identify individuals as Blueflax clients. The website may load fonts from Google Fonts; your browser may connect to that service to display them.
